We have provide the full warranty services for all ieast products，most of product for 12 month but e series of products would more up to 24 month.
If you have any question while using ieast device, please fill out below box with necessary to contact our support team or your main contact from ieast directly and we will get back to you ASAP.






    *Please noted give a precise description the fault (“it doestn’t work is not enough”)and the installation setup when you used it.

    After got our support team confirmed and suggested you return the goods, please pack the product in its original box, or pack the pack the product in adequate box. Clearly indicate RMA reference on the box and ship to specified address. Cost of product return is covered by sender.
